Trucking isn’t just something Brandy Gray does — it’s who she is.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the trucking and logistics industry, Brandy has built her career from the ground up — working in real operations, real fleets, and real compliance environments.

She has managed fleets of 50+ trucks, built safety programs from scratch, trained drivers and dispatchers, handled DOT compliance, and led operations in mid-size logistics companies running local, regional, OTR, and dedicated lanes.

But her experience doesn’t stop at standard freight.

Brandy is trained in pneumatic sand truck operations in the gas and oil field industry — a highly specialized and safety-sensitive sector of trucking. She understands the unique compliance, equipment handling, site coordination, and operational risks that come with oilfield transportation.

In addition, she ran a dispatch team for 10 + years at Tutle and Tutle, overseeing daily operations, load coordination, driver management, and customer relations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Leading dispatch at that level requires more than scheduling — it requires leadership, pressure management, regulatory awareness, and operational strategy.

She didn’t learn trucking from a textbook.

She learned it in the field.
